I find, shape, and share brand stories for inspired institutions. For nearly two decades, I have delighted in creating industry leading narrative eco-systems that get at the heart of an organization's singular nature.

At Bennington College I developed groundbreaking campaigns with cutting-edge strategies, content and integrated marketing approaches. These efforts helped Bennington reach record enrollment, drive unprecedented engagement and a national reputation leap recognized by The Washington Post. I led several top-to-bottom redesigns of the Bennington magazine (in print and online), the most recent in 2019, which led to five CASE Circle of Excellence Awards and a nomination for the Robert Sibley Magazine of the Year Award—the industry’s highest honor.

Prior to Bennington, I directed communications at Bard College at Simon’s Rock leading a team that gracefully integrated a new name, brand and identity. Prior to promotion, I landed media features on NPR's All Things Considered, the Associated Press, The New York Times, among hundreds of other outlets as Simon Rock’s Director of Media Relations.

I am a strategy, brand, editorial and publishing consultant. I also freelance as an editor, creative director, photographer, videographer and writer. I speak about audience empathy, as well as brand and community building in higher education communications.

My clients have included Kenyon College, Bard College at Simon's Rock, Bennington College, Southern Vermont College, Vermont Girls School, New England School for Girls, as well as other clients in diverse industries and non-profit organizations.
