I find, shape, and share stories for inspired organizations and people. I create industry leading narrative eco-systems and story strategies that get at the heart of an organization's singular nature. At Bennington College I developed breakthrough content, integrated marketing, and influencer campaigns. These efforts helped the College reach record enrollment, unprecedented engagement, and a national reputation leap recognized by The Washington Post. I have led several top-to-bottom redesigns of the Bennington magazine, the most recent in 2019, which led to five CASE Circle of Excellence Awards and a nomination for the Robert Sibley Magazine of the Year Award—the industry’s highest honor. Prior to Bennington, I led communications at Bard College at Simon’s Rock, landing media features on NPR's All Things Considered, the Associated Press, The New York Times, among many other outlets. I am a contract magazine editor and art director, communications consultant and freelance writer/editor and photographer/videographer. Clients have included The Luce Foundation, Kenyon College, Bard College at Simon's Rock, Bennington College, Southern Vermont College, Vermont Girls School, New England School for Girls, as well as several small non-profit organizations. A month before the pandemic, I delivered a TEDx Talk at MASS MoCA, “Voicing a Brand by Listening.”

Briee is a powerful thinker. She truly listens to what the needs are and responds to them lets her ideas come from there. She flexible in her ideas, but never short on them. Briee is really fun to work with, goes at breakneck speed, and is somehow always one step ahead of the zeitgeist. —Lauren Magrath, Senior Development Officer, Williams College
Briee is simply fabulous. She is one of the most creative minds I've worked with, and her sense of how to leverage social media in a broader communications strategy is outstanding. “The concept of structuring a magazine around posing a question and then curating responses from alumni is as intriguing as it is ambitious and bold. The result, at least in the first two issues of the redesign, represents a reflection of the institution that feels very true to Bennington’s identity. Consistent construction and clean visual content. It will be interesting to follow the journey of this magazine as it unfolds.”
