The multimedia editor and I created an informal video series inspired by NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts, reimagined for the Bennington College community. Each week, students, staff, and faculty were invited to perform a set of three songs in a tiny office space. We recorded the performance, conducted a short interview, and shared it with the campus and beyond.

What started as a small creative interlude quickly became something more. The series spotlighted student talent, fostered collaboration between students and staff, and quietly showed—rather than told—just how vibrant, original, and generous the Bennington community is. It was a weekly reminder of the creative brilliance right in our midst.

The series went deeper in many ways, but these are two of my favorite performances.
