The Field Work Term Experience
I created and led We Work Here, an award-winning content and influencer campaign designed to reframe how work is perceived, shared, and valued at Bennington College. Anchored in the brand’s core position—Your Life’s Work—the campaign used digital storytelling, podcasting, video, and alumni engagement to connect with employers, thought leaders, and prospective students.
From launching a first-year-out alumni blog and employer podcast to visual storytelling campaigns on unconventional work paths, I oversaw strategy, team coordination, editorial direction, and distribution across web, social, and print.
As part of the campaign, I worked with our multimedia editor and went into the field with students at their workplace to interview them and their supervisors on the job and share their real time, in field insights and reflections.
Key Outcomes:
